Raised Patio & Pavilion

Let’s just call this one Good to Great! Maybe you have a “Good” spot to relax in your backyard but you really want it to be “Great!” Say no more! Just keep reading. In this project we transformed this “good” space into a more aesthetically appealing and functional outdoor living space I think you can agree is pretty “Great”. The pre project was fine but the planned enhancements our team added created a sense of determination for us to truly deliver “Great” to this client.

This is how we did it… We incorporated a covered roof pavilion that added so much character to this patio space. We elevated the patio retained by walls for a much classier look and replaced the patio with a more modern concrete paver look that made it a much more attractive and inviting space. Adding a corner fire pit to the patio was certainly a good idea but the addition of privacy screening and that newly installed accent landscaping catapulted this project to “Great”

Next, installing updated… LED lighting, including lighted pillars with natural stone caps gives this space the perfect touch of night time light and ambiance any “Great” project would command.

Our Landscape Management Group Professionals coordinated 4 expert operators schedules and skill sets to tie every component together and between this new modern concrete paver patio, the elevated patio, newly installed landscaping with natural stone edging, a wonderful plant selection that will enhance privacy upon growth, new LED lighting strategies and that fully functional covered roof pavilion, this project catapulted itself from “Good” to “GREAT”
