Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is responsible to lead their team in delivering multiple projects simultaneously by elevating the team through leadership and communication. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager will manage the relationships and overall coordination of vendors and suppliers.
Project Specialist & Lead Estimator
The Project Specialist & Lead Estimator is responsible for providing LMG expertise through estimating and project management. This position requires attention to detail & quick follow-through with providing critical information to sales and other project members. Communication with team members and customers is required to ensure efficient operational processes and project completion. Finally, this position will require key management of maintaining subcontractor relationships.
Project Managers
The Project Managers are organized, goal-oriented professionals who use creativity and collaboration to successfully execute projects and maintain commercial accounts. The Project Manager will also need to communicate and coordinate with various vendors and suppliers. Finally, this position will require key management of maintaining subcontractor relationships.
Design Lead
The Design Lead manages the creative team that delivers designs and creative projects for the company. Communication and follow-through with team members is critical so that operational progress is not delayed. This position must acknowledge team members to show that you value their feedback and contributions to the project. You will want to brainstorm with them on how to improve processes that you are involved with, so that all members feel heard.
Residential Sales Administrator
The Residential Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting with ongoing marketing campaigns, and market research in order to understand the potential residential customers, and administrative assistance with the sales team.
Commercial Sales Administrator
The Commercial Sales Administrator will be responsible for the acquisition of new commercial customers, and administrative assistance of the sales team.
Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will be responsible for A/R’s, data entry via Quickbooks Online, and answering incoming phone calls. Responsibilities also include renewing bonds and general contractor licenses. The Assistant will also lend support to the HR Administrator and CFO.
