As of August 2026, the project is awaiting the final resolution of punch-list items and utility activations. The goals was to create a comprehensive, year-round “staycation” backyard for entertaining and family use. The inclusion of a large pavilion, dedicated pool house, significant seating areas, and a pool with multiple features suggests a desire for integrated lifestyle improvements.
